Definitions

Right to rectification: you can obtain from ATB without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
Right to erasure: you can obtain from ATB the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay if: a) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; b) you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing; c) the processing is based on your consent and you object to such processing, and there is no other legal basis for processing; d) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; e) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation; f) the personal data was collected in connection with offering information society services directly to a child.
Right to restriction of processing: you can obtain from ATB restriction of processing if: a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling ATB to verify the accuracy of the personal data; b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; c) ATB no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; d) you object to the processing while ATB verifies whether its legal basis overrides over yours.
Right to data portability: you can receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to ATB in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from ATB, where: the processing is based on consent or if it is necessary for the fulfilment of an agreement, and if the processing is carried out using automated means.
Right to object: you can object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is based on your consent or is necessary for the fulfilment of an agreement, and if the processing is carried out using automated means. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you shall have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. Where personal data is processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, you, on grounds relating to your particular situation, shall have the right to object to processing of your personal data, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
